Placing Orders and Payment

When you place an order at Sand + Fog, you are making an offer to purchase the items listed.

All prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change. We strive for accuracy but occasional pricing errors may occur. If a pricing error is detected before shipment, we will contact you before fulfilling your order.
Payments are securely processed during checkout through our trusted payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
To ensure fair access, perfume oils are limited to five per scent per customer. Orders exceeding this limit will be canceled.

Shipping

Sand + Fog ships products to the shipping addresses you provide. Please ensure these details are accurate at the time of purchase, as we cannot reroute packages after dispatch. Delivery timelines we provide are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, it is under the carrier’s control. We will assist in tracking your package, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses after shipment.
